In September 2013 Mr. Bauer joined Collazo Florentino & Keil LLP, a boutique firm that focuses on management-side labor and employment law and litigation, as a Law Clerk pending his admission to the Bar. Now an Associate, Mr. Bauer has assisted with representing clients in federal litigation, before the National Labor Relations Board, and in arbitration proceedings. He has also assisted in the preparation of personnel policies and agreements, and counsels clients on compliance with federal labor law, employment law, and wage and hour laws.
During law school, Mr. Bauer served as Co-Chair of the New York University Debtors’ Rights Project, and served as a Criminal Law Instructor and Mock Trial Coordinator for the High School Law Institute. Mr. Bauer also received the Sol D. Kapelsohn Prize for excellence in writing in the field of labor law in 2013.
